The same form, two ways

By hand

  • Type the same 40 details into every new form
  • Hunt for your Class 10 marksheet at 2am
  • Photo rejected — “must be 20–50 KB, 200×230 px”
  • One typo in a name and the application is void

With GovtApply

  • Your details are saved once and reused everywhere
  • Marks, roll numbers and boards read off your documents
  • Photo and signature resized to each portal's exact rules
  • You check every value before anything is submitted

What you get

Three things, done properly

One profile from your documents

Upload your marksheets and ID once. We read them and build your profile — right down to subject-wise marks. You check every value before it is saved.

Photos that pass the first time

Every portal wants a different size. The resizer hits the exact width, height and file size in KB, so nothing bounces back.

The extension fills the form

Open an exam form, click fill, and watch your details go in. Every value is shown next to its field. It never submits anything for you.

How it works

Three steps, then it's automatic

  1. 1

    Upload your documents

Marksheets, Aadhaar, PAN. We read the printed text — names, dates, roll numbers, marks.

  2. 2

    Check what we read

Every value sits next to the scan it came from. Fix anything that looks wrong, tick it off, save.

  3. 3

    Open a form and fill

The extension matches each field to your profile and fills it. You review the page and submit it yourself.

Built for how people actually apply

First-timer

Your first application

You have never filled one of these before and the instructions run to nine pages. Upload your documents and let the form ask us instead of you.

Serial aspirant

Every notification, every year

SSC, then banking, then railways. The details never change but you retype them anyway. Save them once and stop.

Just the photo

You only need the right size

No account, no profile, no sign-up. Open the resizer, drop your photo in, get a file that meets the rules.

Straight answers

The things worth asking before you trust this with your documents.

Is this an official government service?
No. GovtApply is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any government department, ministry or examination body. It fills the forms on their sites; it has nothing to do with running them.
Will it submit my application for me?
No, and it cannot. There is no submit button anywhere in the extension. It fills the fields, you check the page, you solve the CAPTCHA, and you press submit yourself.
What happens to my Aadhaar number?
It is encrypted at rest and never written to a log. The app shows only the last four digits; the full number is decrypted for your own session and only when a form actually asks for it.
What if it fills a field wrongly?
You see every value before it is written — each one appears in a chip beside its own field, and nothing is typed until you apply it. Anything the mapper is unsure about is left blank and marked for you to fill by hand. An empty field beats a wrong one.
Do I need an account to resize a photo?
No. The photo and signature resizer works with no sign-up at all. Open it, drop a photo in, and get a file that meets the portal's width, height and file-size rules.
